CHARGES
Credit/Debit card holder agrees to monitor all transactions made by themself and/or any additional authorized users.
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of service request.
WAREHOUSING
For your convenience, Real Estate Sign Pros will store your signs in our facility at no charge for new customers, any sign manufactured by Real Estate Sign Pros or at our discretion. Once your account is established with us, any signs NOT manufactured by Real Estate Sign Pros will incur a $2.00 per sign administration fee. Broken or damaged sign will be discarded with notice in order to maintain your professional image within your community.
RIDERS, BOXES & LIGHTS
Any personal sign riders, brochure boxes or lights are best removed by the agent prior to the post being picked up from the field. However, should any of these items remain at the time of post removal, they will be stored in our facility along with your signs at no additional charge. At our convenience, we will return any such items to your office to maintain efficiency for you and our drivers. We can deliver them at your request for a $15.00 delivery charge. You are welcome to come to our facility during business hours to pick up your property as well.
There is no charge to install riders at the time of post installation so long as they are already in our possession. However, if a second trip to the property is requested, a $15.00 service charge will be assessed.
Installation of lights will incur additional charges. Please inquire about this service if desired.
POST RENTAL
All posts are the property of Real Estate Sign Pros. Posts are rented for six months. Rental time extensions can be purchased in six month increments-in whole or part for $15.00. Please notify us prior to your scheduled removal date to extend the life of your post. Once the post is removed there will be a $15.00 charge to re-install it, even at the same property. Posts are guaranteed to remain upright for the first 30 days, after which a service fee of $15.00 will be charged to return to the property for any reason. Posts and services are available Monday through Friday or by appointment for a fee. For safety and efficiency, during times of inclement weather, there may be a delay in service.
MISSING or DAMAGED POSTS
All posts rented from Real Estate Sign Pros are to remain the property of Real Estate Sign Pros. Once a post has been installed, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that it is returned in the same condition that it was rented. Should a post return damaged or is unrecoverable, the agent will pay a $30.00 replacement fee.
REAL ESTATE SIGN PROS reserves the right to change terms, conditions and fees without notice.
